Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyEyes website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

MyEyes provides home eye pressure monitoring solutions, including the rental and sale of iCare HOME2 tonometers, patient support services, and educational resources. Our services are intended for use by adults (18 years or older) in the United States.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as needed.

Products & Rentals

All rentals and purchases of the iCare HOME2 tonometer are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Rental periods and terms are specified at the time of order and in your rental agreement.

Rental devices must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear. Failure to return a rental device may result in additional charges.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and financing through Affirm (subject to approval). All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Returns

We ship to addresses within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For rental returns, we provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Purchased devices may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Rental devices follow the return schedule outlined in your rental agreement.

Warranty

Purchased iCare HOME2 devices include the manufacturer's warranty. Extended warranty plans are available for purchase. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

MyEyes provides monitoring equipment and support services but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The iCare HOME2 is a tool for measuring intraocular pressure and its readings should be shared with your healthcare provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyEyes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
