Get Measuring in Minutes
Follow these five steps to take your first home IOP reading.
Unbox Your Device
Remove the iCare HOME2 from its case. You'll find the tonometer, forehead rest, charging cable, and instruction manual.
Charge the Device
Connect the USB charging cable and charge fully before first use. A full charge lasts approximately 200 measurements.
Install a Probe
Open a single-use probe package and slide it into the probe holder until you hear a click. Each probe is good for one measurement.
Position & Measure
Rest the forehead support against your brow, look at the blinking green light, and press the measurement button. The device does the rest.
Record Your Results
Note your reading or sync via the iCare PATIENT2 app. Measure at the times recommended by your doctor.
Setting Up Your Device
Connect your HOME2 to the companion app for easier tracking and sharing with your doctor.
Download the App
Install the iCare PATIENT2 app from the App Store or Google Play to sync and view your measurements.
Pair via Bluetooth
Enable Bluetooth on your phone, open the app, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your HOME2.
Measurement Tips
Measure at the same times each day, in a seated position, and wait 5 minutes after any physical activity.
