A MyEyes HOME2 rental includes temporary access to the FDA-cleared iCare HOME2 tonometer for at-home intraocular pressure monitoring. Rental packages include the device, sterile single-use probes, shipping options, setup support, measurement guidance, and return instructions. The rental is intended to help patients collect repeated IOP readings during a defined monitoring period. Patients can use those readings to discuss pressure trends, medication response, surgery recovery, or suspected pressure spikes with their eye care provider.

A HOME2 rental is useful when a clinician needs short-term eye pressure data outside the office. Typical situations include establishing a baseline, checking whether a glaucoma medication is working, evaluating pressure at different times of day, monitoring after surgery, or investigating symptoms that do not appear during clinic hours. Renting can also help a patient and doctor decide whether long-term home monitoring is valuable before purchasing a device.

MyEyes supports rental users with Patient Ambassador help throughout the rental period. Support can include device setup, measurement technique, probe questions, troubleshooting, extension questions, and return logistics. This support helps patients use the HOME2 consistently and collect readings that are easier for their doctor to interpret. If more monitoring time is needed, MyEyes can help extend the rental rather than forcing the patient to restart the process.

Devices ship via 2-day UPS for $35 and typically arrive within two business days of your order, so you can start monitoring quickly.

Yes. If you pre-pay for additional weeks before your rental begins, extensions are $100/week. If you need to extend after your rental is underway, the rate is $150/week. Either way, just contact us and we can add time without you returning and re-ordering the device.

When you are finished, pack the device back into the included carry case and drop it off at any UPS location using the prepaid return label that comes in the box. There is no extra return cost.
